Plebs follows three desperate young men from the suburbs...。利欧（松冈祯丞配音）是出生和成长在孤儿院的男孩，某一日，他脑海中突然涌入了日本大学生天川春人的记忆，此时的利欧才发现，原来自己是通过转生才来到这个剑与魔法的世界中的。恢复了记忆的利欧察觉到自己体内潜藏着强大的魔力，于是决定用这份魔力来做一些有意义的事情。 机缘巧合之下，利欧被破格录取进入了贵族子女云集的女校就读，在这里，利欧结识了很多可爱的女孩子们——性格直爽的天才魔导师瑟莉亚（藤田茜配音）、活泼开朗的兽人少女莱娣法（楠木友利配音）以及利欧在原来世界的青梅竹马绫濑美春（原田彩枫配音）。。
