The series is based on the story of Filip Nikolic, Frank Delay and Adel Kachermi, three childhood friends who grew up in a Parisian suburb and formed the first and most famous French boys band, 2Be3″ which shot to fame in the 1990’s.。此剧以山西皇城相府为外景拍摄基地，将传统经典戏剧经典戏剧《三滴血》与明朝宫廷的“三大疑案”之一的“红丸案”与“滴血验亲”等民间传奇故事有机的结合，集扑朔迷离的公案戏与奇巧离奇的民间传奇于一体，形成“案中案”、“奇中奇”，使故事更具有悬疑色彩。。
