The children exper...。日常生活でありえないシチュエーションを設定し、人々がどのような行動を取るのか観察する。さまざまなアングルで設置された隠しカメラで記録されたVTRを紹介していく。 なお、当番組の開始前に、同様の内容の特番『日本中でニンゲン観察こんな時…アナタならどうする!?大実験SP』が2012年9月12日の19:00 - 20:49に放送された。この番組にベッキーも出演した。 2013年3月27日までは、TBSと一部の地域では毎週水曜日24:20 - 24:50に放送されていた。 2013年4月25日より現在の時間（ゴールデンタイム）に進出した。。
