Rutherford reveals his unorthodox plan to determine Martin's suitability for the post of head...。光棍七、没皮柴是两名乌龙大老千，两人意外地骗取了大鳄金益公的伪钞，惹来杀手癫马、铁牛的追杀，幸得孤儿麦斗相救。自此，两大一小成为莫逆之交。经历江湖种种危困，二人深感麦不宜漂泊江湖。此时，两人得知小孩原来是大鳄亲生儿子，遂迫他回到大鳄身边。岂料，二人送羊入“鳄”口，大鳄不但“拒收”弃子，更要杀死三人……。一位被公认为社会公敌的贩毒头子终于落网，但为了报复和脱罪，他不惜指使手下以炸弹对付拒绝保释的法官，和主持调查这宗案件的督察和干探。另一方面，警方为了取得毒贩指使杀人的证据，派出卧底干探亲近毒贩最亲密的女友，找出毒贩借刀杀人的证据，一场斗智斗勇的战争随之而展开了。。
