When the chief dies, all evidence points towards the spy, and he must go to extremes to defend himself.。东南亚某国和谈在即，维和警察却发现有恐怖分子要埋藏炸弹破坏和谈，于是中国维和警察蒲帆进入拆弹联合小组，护卫和谈。联合小组一开始怀疑当地有名的炸弹专家兰帕就是凶手。但蒲帆却收到疑似是兰帕发来的、含有炸弹埋藏点的匿名信，感到十分疑惑，最终，蒲帆抓到兰帕，原来，这次恐怖事件的始作捅者并非兰帕，炸弹事件背后，藏着两重黑手......。
