In the near future, Norway is occupied by Russia on behalf of the European Union, due to the fact that the newly elected environmental friendly Norwegian government has stopped the all important oil- and gas-production in the North Sea。第三季的内容主要为当世界各国逐渐走向平稳之时，小史马隆的少年王撒拉列里为了支配世界而开始刻意接近有利。萨拉雷基一面试图以奇异的力量控制有利，一面使着诡计企图离间真魔国一行人。面对这样的萨拉雷基，有利却仍希望能使他敞开心扉……。
