The programme offers a gripping and powerful accou...。主持梁芷珮（Christy）一连二十集玩转北欧，于不同季节畅游北欧五国，介绍当地「潮什麽」！她先于冬天游历冰岛，试吃发酵鲨鱼肉、泡温泉；随后转战芬兰，游走当地四个主要市镇、观赏极光景色，感受这个被誉为世界上最幸福的国家。了解过冬天的两国魅力之后，芷珮从丹麦的哥本哈根展开夏天之行；再走访挪威，一探著名电影系列的取景地；继而来到瑞典，参加维京人节日、入住特色酒店，还坐木筏出河观光。。故事围绕着“Odette”、“Clarice”以及“Barbara Jean”三人展开，她们相识于高中，成立了叫做“The Supremes”的闺蜜组，如今已经携手了走过了四十多年的友情岁月。而位于印第安纳州Plainview的餐厅，就是她们的另一个家；在这里她们分享那些关于婚姻、孩子、快乐、忧伤等种种事情，并携手经历来自生活里种种的风暴。而对三姐妹来说，最具挑战性的一年刚刚到来：骄傲、才华横溢的Clarice面对丈夫可耻的不忠行为时，努力让生活正常；美丽的Barbara Jean被一段年轻恋情所造成的悲剧性影响所震撼，而向来无畏的Odette则即将踏上此生最恐怖的战斗。。
