本网剧为企划财政部的品牌网络漫画的影视化作品，因通过肢体触碰能听到他人内心而害怕与人接触的企划财政部事务官和开朗执着的家庭福祉部事务官为了国民福利项目而共事，他们会碰撞出怎样的火花呢？。根据同名网路剧改篇，Lucas Neff及Barry Rothbart加盟ABC喜剧《Downward Dog》，本剧由Samm Hodges及Michael Killen主创及编剧，讲述一个生活混乱﹑不愿认错的女子Nan（Allison Tolman饰演），与她的狗Martin（Samm Hodges配音）之间有趣的互动的故事。该剧将从狗的视点来讲述，对于Nan和Martin来说，就算生活多糟糕，最美好的事情就是有对方在身旁。Lucas Neff, Kirby Howell-Baptiste, Barry Rothbart 和Mo Collins也有份参演.
