In the meantime, all members of the intelligence departments receive death threats from an unknown group called "Shadow"....。故事发生在北宋仁宗年间，开封府尹包拯包青天（梁冠华 饰）秉公执法，不畏强权豪梁，由此深受以庞太师为首的一干恶人的嫉恨。在追查黑虎寨期间，身处凶险之中的包大人为侠客展昭（严屹宽 饰）救下。回到京城后，展雄飞在皇帝面前展示了自己的一身绝学，最终被帝王赐号“御猫”，却由此惹出新的麻烦。话说在远离京师的陷空岛住着五位侠客，分别是钻天鼠卢方（何瑜 饰）、彻地鼠韩彰（王大奇 饰）、穿山鼠徐庆（谢宁 饰）、翻江鼠蒋平（王茂蕾 饰）以及锦毛鼠白玉堂（陈晓 饰），他们身怀绝技，合称“五鼠”。心高气傲的白玉堂恼恨展昭的御猫绰号，非要进京与之较量一番，由此引出了“五鼠闹东京”的传奇故事…… 本片根据古典名著《三侠五义》改编。。
