《篮板青春》是一档聚焦“00后”青少年成长生活的励志节目，由王大陆、Justin黄明昊作为明星领队，与专业教练一起挑选出来自全国各地的16名性格迥异的篮球少年，进入特设的篮球训练营接受指导，最终选拔出一支高中篮球梦之队分别在日本、中国与日本高中篮球冠军队进行2场PK。。家中三代经营牛杂店的少东蒋通菜（梁朝伟饰）于一次交通意外与泼辣的少棠（郑秀文饰）相识。原是冤家的两人酒后发生了关系。少棠与父亲闹翻又遭到公司上司夺权解雇，竟在医院与蒋通菜相遇，少棠欺骗通菜自己到医院堕胎，通菜大为紧张，见通菜为人不错，于是告之真相后握手言和，通菜也把她带了回家暂住。 两人共渡了一个少棠误造的一个难关，感情倍增。可是通菜即将回来的正式女友（周丽淇饰）是两人的障碍，少棠不得不离开。可缘分让相爱的两人重逢了，又能否眷属呢？。Brother's Blood takes place on the mean streets of a city in decay, where a recently released convict begins to take murderous revenge against his childhood friends, whom he believes let him take the fall for a crime they collectively committed.
