When suddenly, an intruder appears…。浩然（马浚伟 饰）出国留学多年，学成归来之后遵循父亲的意愿进入了酒店工作，然而，常年浸淫在外国文化之中的浩然并不知道，在这里，经营人际关系甚至比经营事业更为重要。果不其然，心直口快的浩然初来乍到便得罪了上司，更牵连同事美琪（陈松伶 饰）惨遭降职。 美琪的身世十分坎坷，母亲要外出工作，妹妹尚未懂事，家庭中的负担便落在了美琪的肩上。在发现相恋多年已经谈婚论嫁的男友出轨之后，美琪毅然选择了离开。如今，将一切寄托在工作上的美琪却又遇见了“扫把星”浩然，这令其打呼倒霉。然而，在吵吵闹闹之中，美琪和浩然之间竟然产生了十分微妙的感情。。
